I've been using the NSPG system program for 3 Years. My
business really turned the corner after I started using the NSPG Flat Rate System.
My profits increased and my business became easier to manage. I was able to dramatically
reduce my billing and paperwork because now my technicians bill and collect right on the
job. Using the Price Books and presenting the price up-front is an easier and more
profitable way of running my service business. All I do is residential service, and with
two technicians, I have a very profitable business. Mel Carr -Mel Carr Electric Corp - Albany, NY |

Our sales increased over $30,000 the first month, with only two trucks using the NSPG system. Our revenue in three months is higher than the whole prior year. Last month sales exceeded $72,000. The NSPG Flat Rate Books are the
best tool to build customer trust. You can easily show your customer several options and
job prices. It really helps the customer to make the decision to buy. It allows you to
offer several choices for solving their problem while offering options to upgrade and
improve the existing conditions.
Our customer makes the decision to buy from us we don't have to do any selling. The NSPG Books are the most valuable tool in our service business.

| I learned how to make more money without adding new customers
or employees. We're making more money with the same 2-truck operation, except now we
operate 2 brand new Isuzu trucks with Hackney custom bodies. The Numbers Cruncher program
has been the key to our success. I highly recommend it. I would also recommend the
National Standard Flat Rate software program. Once we crunched our numbers we entered them
into the Price Guide and printed our own professional customized flat rate price books. Arthur Carey , AJ Carey Plumbing & Heating, Needham, MA |

| I was charging the going rate and going broke.
In 1995 my business was over $80,000 in debt and I had little income from all my hard
work. I was forced to take a 2nd mortgage on my home just to keep my business alive.
Thats when I learned about the NSPG system. This is only my
2nd year using the NSPG system and I have made the most money ever in my career.
In a two-year period after implementing NSPG system I have increased my profits and paid
off the $80,000 debt that I had run up not running my business correctly. My only regret
is that I didnt have this system when I first started in business. Steve Harmon - Harmon Plumbing Services, Inc. Durham NC |

| Wow--Major change in our profits
now.
We bought Mike Conroy’s Flat rate software about 6 weeks ago to print our own price books. I would never have imagined the sheer joy of being so in control of my price. Also with Mike’s help we re-calculated our overhead, labor and profit costs. The software paid for itself in less than four weeks. When you call Mike he takes all the time you need and goes above and beyond what you would expect. Hats off.. We used packaged flat rate books, pricing systems, our own system, a national franchise type price guide, for the last 9 years. But never again. I can make changes anytime I want to layout, prices, color, add tasks, special promotions. Rodney Koop |

| This program has changed my business. I can calculate my hourly rates quickly and accurately and be guaranteed to make the profits I want using Numbers Cruncher. This program is the most important tool in my business. I highly rec-ommend you buy this program now. Don't wait another day. Call me personally. I can't say enough about it - just buy it now. Our NSPG electrical flat rate book is by
far the best pricing tool we have used in our electrical division since we started flat
rate pricing in 1997. The ability to format the layout, color scheme, pricing structure,
add and delete task, categories, etc makes this a user friendly software.
![]() We find the software to be intuitive with very little training or support. Looking forward to a long and prosperous relationship with NSPG.

Here's an email that was sent to the Plumber's Discussion List internet forum from an NSPG customer (Reprinted with permission). I wanted to share my little experience about obtaining startup funds for the plumbing service business I just started. I am not very good at the keyboard, so please bear with me :) For the last 28 years I worked for a PHC firm. First as a ditch digger in 1974, and somehow managed to work my way to managing the company operations the last 8 years :) The owner of our business died of a massive heart attack in early 2002. He was my teacher, my second father, and my best friend. After he passed away at the tender young age of 53, someone else, a family member, took over the business without any business experience or industry knowledge. At 46 I had reached a crossroad in my career. I couldn't work for the new management, and decided it was best for my family if I left. It was one of the most difficult decisions I have ever had to make. So I set out to secure financing for my new venture. All I had was a lousy $30,000 to start. I had no equity in my home, so I decide that the best thing for me to do is go to the SBA and submit a business plan. With a full year's operating budget. I am sure this works for some people, But if you don't have a lot of collateral, you can forget the SBA. They turned their nose up and sent me on my way. I go to my local credit union, They will loan me money, but not for commercial trucks, and not for business purposes. At this point I am ready to give up, go flip burgers at McDonalds. My loan officer tells me to seek out the local banks, He say's they are my only hope. I am thinking, I have nothing, only my experience in the trades, and knowledge of operating a PHC firm. So I go to the bank, see a loan officer, He suggests to me that I meet with the president of the bank and vice president of commercial loans. So I arrange meeting. I submit to them a 16 page business plan and forecast, and a year budget form which I created in Numbers Cruncher. We have a good 1 hour meeting. I leave. Thinking there is no way on earth these people will loan me money with out collateral. A week passes and dims my hopes even further. Finally I get a call from the vice president of commercial loans. He tells me they want to meet with me again. I go to the meeting, walk in and both men I met with previously were there. I sit down. The President of the bank say's, We have decided to help you. You have a well thought out plan. Welcome aboard our Family! I wanted to shout YES!!!!!!!!!!! woooooohooooo..... As I got up and walked to the door, dumbfounded, I turned and ask, What
made you guy's interested in helping me ? I mean, I have nothing. He reached over on his
desk and held up the print out I gave them from Numbers Cruncher. He tells me, Very seldom
do we see people approach us with a real, well thought out budget. Most people never
figure out the cost of doing business until its to late. This sheet made the difference in
our decision. We know you have the experience to run the business, but not knowing your
costs will kill you before you start! So a thousand thanks to the folks at NSPG, and all of those of you on the PDL who recommended this great program. Just My Long Winded Story. Dennis Brasfield, Tuscaloosa Plumbing Company |
